What is included in my ticket?

Your Wedding Fest PDX ticket includes the following access and options:

  • View the Session Dates & Topics and purchase a ticket for each you want to attend. Or you can purchase a PASS which gives you access to all 5 Sessions.

  • Attend sessions and panel discussions, chat and ask questions live, and participate in polls.

  • All ticket holders will be placed in a queue to receive the Curated Vendor Portfolio. This will be sent starting March 31 to your email from nicole@zillaevents.com.

  • Any Attendant who stays until the end of a Session will receive access to the Digital Swag Bag.

How do I access each Session?

Great question!

Each Session ticket is fulfilled by Eventbrite, so stay on the lookout for an email with Zoom login information to hit your inbox! All Attendees will be put into a Waiting Room at the start of each session, so please be patient with us as we let people in.

How do I make the most out of my virtual wedding planning experience? 

  1. Prep your bevi of choice!

  2. Close all other windows, distractions and get out your paper and pen. 

  3. Login via email instruction from your Eventbrite ticket

  4. Submit any questions you have for Panelists via our Instagram DM @weddingfestpdx

  5. Join in the conversation – chat with other couples and speakers.

  6. Tag @weddingfestpdx or #weddingfestpdx if you post

  7. Submit any technical difficulties to hello@zillaevents.com

 

Do I need to have anything specific to participate in Wedding Fest PDX?

Besides your smile, make sure to check that internet connection, bring your list of wedding questions and learning, community, and happy planning!
